| Project: | The main purpose of this study is to continue the HIPERPAV implementation into daily construction practices in Wisconsin in order to build concrete pavements with higher quality, at a lower cost, and with increased long-term performance. The HIPERPAV software will serve as a tool to educate new personnel on the behavior of concrete pavements as a function of climatic conditions and construction operations. |
