Project:

The objectives of this study are as follows:

1. Define the current and future pavement performance data needs of WisDOT and other PIF users.
2. Determine how best to accommodate these needs in the short, medium, and long-term using available WisDOT technology.
3. Improve PIF database to support customer business needs.
4. Incorporate efficient and appropriate quality data collection & reporting practices into PIF.
5. Maximize use of existing, future, and other Wisconsin/WisDOT data sources.
6. Enhance value of information to providers and customers.
7. Promote effective use of changing data collection, processing, storage, etc., technology
