| Title: |

| PI: |

| Project: |
This study evaluated the potential of DCP and SSG for use in on-site subgrade evaluation. Although neither device allows WisDOT to get away from moisture-density testing, they do provide direct, quantifiable assessments of subgrade stiffness and strength, a capability lacking in traditional assessment methods. |
