Researcher Quarterly Reporting Requirements

bullet Quarterly Report Format

Quarterly reports need to be emailed to Andrew Hanz in Microsoft Word format. The template for this report will be sent to the PI four weeks in advance of the quarterly report deadline, which is the 7th day of the month following the end of the quarter. After the WHRP receives these, they will be forwarded to Project TOC chairs for review. Payment of invoiced amounts will be correlated to these reports.

Past compilations of these reports can be found here.

Research Final Reporting Requirements

Final reports have special requirements which are described in this document. Example pages are found here. A helpful guideline for writing executive summaries is located here.

A final closure form to describe the outcomes from the research effort is also required. The document is available here.
