WHRP collaborates with other state DOTs, universities and FHWA through participation in a number of pooled fund studies and other cooperative activities. WHRP hosts technical meetings and conferences that allow participants from across the Midwest to discuss new research and practices on topics of common interest.
- WHRP administered the North Central Pavement Pooled Fund, which concluded its work in 2009. The key findings and publications from this multi-state effort remain online as a resource.
- WisDOT is a member of the Transportation Engineering and Road Research Alliance, managed by the University of Minnesota. TERRA creates an opportunity for WHRP participants to dialogue and collaborate with states in the region on topics of common interest.
