The Wisconsin Highway Research Program (WHRP) is a research management initiative under the auspices of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and managed by the University of Wisconsin.
Who is involved in this effort? All parties involved in creation and maintenance of transportation facilities: Wisconsin Department of Transportation, transportation industry representatives, Federal Highways Administration representatives, transportation consultants, and academia representatives.
The WHRP is managed by a Steering Committee and is enabled by the efforts of its Technical Oversight Committees.
